In a space obsessed with growth, BoyPuso is betting on loyalty, health, and heart.
In an industry flooded with metrics, incentives, and viral hype cycles, Vincent “BoyPuso” stands out by keeping things human. As a Guild Manager at YGG Pilipinas (YGG PH), he’s not chasing charts or clout; he’s nurturing something slower but stronger: community.
With his roots in the southern Philippines and his boots planted firmly in the digital frontier, BoyPuso is showing what it means to lead with presence, care, and humility. His approach isn’t flashy, but it’s proving resilient.
In an exclusive interview with The Block and Beyond at the MFW Caravan, BoyPuso shared his unique approach to community, sustainability, and steady growth.
Brotherhood over Burnout
"We're building connections here, relationships... It's not transactional. It's like a brotherhood."
At YGG PH, where guild partnerships span games and geographies, BoyPuso manages more than tasks. He manages trust. His day-to-day involves coordinating with other guilds, ensuring communication flows, and ensuring each partner feels seen.
He focuses on fostering loyalty and organic growth rather than constantly recruiting or pushing performance metrics. It’s a leadership style rooted in empathy and attentiveness.
For BoyPuso, community strength lies in consistency. He champions smaller, tightly-knit groups over bloated numbers.
"Even though they're just a few... they're strong. And if there's word of mouth, they'll say, 'Hey, this is for BoyPuso's Guild. Come here, they'll love you.'"
Wellness in the Web3 Workflow
Unlike the myth of the 24/7 grind, BoyPuso’s schedule offers balance.
His work with YGG PH is remote and task-based, freeing him from daily commutes and rigid schedules. Mornings are spent at the gym and preparing meals, only then does work begin. This routine is more than self-care, it's a strategy.
"I could already see my negligence for my health... Now, I’m doing 10K daily steps."
He recognizes the link between physical health and mental clarity, especially in a digital role. For BoyPuso, staying healthy means staying sharp, for his team and for himself.
Beyond Tokens, Toward Purpose
To aspiring leaders, BoyPuso offers simple advice: don’t rely on payouts to build engagement. Instead, he recommends shared experiences, mentorship, and genuine attention.
"If money is involved, it's not for the long term... Doing activities, helping them grow… share your experience. How to become this, how to become that."
He also encourages continuous learning, pointing to programs like Metaversity, a free online platform comparable to Udemy.
"Even though you have graduated, don't stop learning... Learning is a lifelong journey."

Leading from Lagao
BoyPuso’s leadership is shaped by geography as much as philosophy. Based in Lagao City, he’s part of a new generation of remote leaders in Web3, people whose location doesn’t limit their impact.
He promotes upskilling in rural areas through crash courses, web-based tools, and real-world connections like Sir Ferdie, a friend in Davao City working in Web3 security.
His message to others in the region is clear: get out of your comfort zone. Try new tools. Engage with digital economies. And remember that presence, online and offline, is a powerful asset.
In a landscape often defined by speculation and speed, BoyPuso offers a quieter, more grounded path. He isn’t just running a guild. He’s tending to a community. Through daily discipline, relationship-building, and a firm belief in long-term value, Boypuso is proof that in Web3, slow and steady still builds the strongest bridges.
